Chef Ken met and married his wife Jessi in 2016 and they have worked together along with Jamie “Maw” Norton (Chef’s maw) to build and expand the food business. Jessi had been brainstorming and planning a coffee house for many years before meeting Ken. Once they got together, the two ideas became one.
Same amazing food is still served off the truck as well as at off-site events, weddings and private parties. Now, you can walk in, grab a coffee and order food for dining in or take out.
In 2019 after a few years in the new space, we expanded once again to the space next door. We wanted a place that would offer live entertainment, comedy, billiards, board games, darts, bowling & other games. A few months of hard work and we opened the expanded space that we call “The Hollar”.
